The hotel offered a nice breakfast buffet and had a clean swimming pool. We also appreciated that it was conveniently located between the airport and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for nearby restaurants.
The room was very basic and outdated. The air conditioning was not working properly, making it difficult to sleep comfortably in the Amazonian heat.

Some staff are nice. I feel sorry for them working in a dump like this.
The room was more like a crime scene than a place to sleep. Dirty,dingy with blood stains on the walls, doors, bed etc. There were other strange stains on the sheets as well. The worse I've ever seen anywhere by far.

Our recent stay at this hotel was convenient for exploring the city with its great location. We enjoyed being close to Manaura shopping centre and having easy access to several good restaurants. the room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities. We appreciated the tasty breakfast each morning and the friendly service provided by the staff.
We did experience some issues with the check-in process which could have been smoother.

We loved the hotel's location as it was close to the jungle and main shopping centers. The hotel facilities were great, particularly the pool which was both fun and lovely. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful in arranging transportation.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

I had a great experience here! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and modern. I really appreciated the good light and mirror in the bathroom, as well as the comfortable bed. The location of this place was fantastic, being close to the Manaura shopping centre where there were plenty of eating options. I also liked that they had a spa and wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I was very satisfied with my stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. It provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the big and comfortable rooms, along with the excellent breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits and warm dishes. I appreciated the hotel's central location, which made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities such as shopping centers and area restaurants.
There were some issues with the bathroom, which was not properly cleaned with dirty shower grout and uncleaned shower head brackets.
